  Friendly no pressure salesman. I specifically went to buy a recliner and was leaving with one purchased so I made it easy for the guy. The anticipated problem will be delivery. The delivery hours are like everyone else who works. I will have to take time off work for the delivery which is a hardship and may direct me elsewhere for furniture in the future. No evening hour delivery? Not good for the customer's schedule. I was told if I need to make any changes to the delivery schedule to call the warehouse.....wrong. They don't do any scheduling, that comes from the store alone. Overall it met my needs to purchase; delivery may be an issue. AND they charge for delivery!!!!!! Find a friend with a truck and buy him a pizza and a beer it will be much cheaper!!
