  I really like Best Buy because there are so many sales people around to help you out with any and all questions and inquiries. We recently needed a new printer and the associate was so helpful and knowledgeable and we decided on a model $20 cheaper than the one we were originally going to buy, based on our needs. Usually sales people try to "upsell", but not here. He listened to what we needed and advised us on the perfect model to match our needs.
