  I bought a new washer and dryer July 2016. I should have kept old Maytag set that had nothing wrong with it. Best Buy sent Sedgwick to deliver and do set up. There was an issue in set up that caused over $11000.00 in damage. My matter was escalated several times. I was assured by both Christina Jones and Maureen Slater this would be addressed and taken care of. Nothing. So I reported to Better Business Bureau where both have stopped responding so all they got was a bad mark. I still have damage. I am currently trying other means being they don’t want to step up to the plate and do the right thing. I gave them warning I was not going to just walk away; I wound up with a crappy washer and $11000.00 bill or a raise in insurance by no fault of mine. Best Buy at Norterra is not to be trusted. Beware.
