  Long overdue review. 3 years ago I decided to replace my shower fixtures. I should have done my research before I decided to change out the builder supplied fixtures for my shower. I pretty much destroyed the original fixtures while removing them. When I attempted to install the upgraded fixtures I purchased from Lowe's and found they weren't compatible, I couldn't put the shower back the way it was. I searched and searched for original replacement parts. My master bathroom shower was out of commission for over a week. A friend told me about Brown's Partsmaster. I was skeptical because I had already tried 3 plumbing supply places and was all over the internet trying to find the parts. I went in and thought, "This place looks a little small. They aren't going to have what I need". I showed the friendly person at the counter the parts I had destroyed. He went into the back and brought out EVERYTHING I needed! I could not believe it! To me it was the equivalent of turning water into wine (or a broken shower into a working shower). I left very happy and now I'm always telling people to go to Brown's Partsmaster if they need anything plumbing related.
