  I decided to walk around the place after having a big dinner. We were approached by a salesman as walked through the door and we let him know we were just browsing and not looking for anything in particular. Friendly guy gave us our space but still kept an eye on us to make sure we were doing ok. When we found something we liked we applied for financing and I was denied because I didn't have a traditional bank account. I'm sure anyone who works for the State of AZ knows we use the Bank of America Cash Pay card. I've been there over 10 years and Conn's wouldn't even consider it. I figured it was no big deal, I would just call customer service on Monday. Turns out they were even less interested in my situation and dismissed me quicker than the salesman did. State workers should avoid this place because of their policies and their unwillingness to work with our payroll. I will definitely warn all my coworkers about this place.

  Marcus was very patient, listened, courteous, polite, professional, and empathetic. He remembered our names and sought help from coworkers to ensure we were well taken care of. Marcus genuinely smiled and conversed by reiterating what we asked or said to ensure we understood. He had great follow through from the initial time we met and when we were leaving. We left with a laptop and printer that best met our needs.
