She said she could not find my account with my number next she just put me on hold! Please train them correctly it should not take 20 min to process a payment!! I will hang up and just drive all the way down there it is totally not a lie the previous reviews over how long it takes for them to answer I just wanted to make a payment i was put on hold 3times!! So beyond upset!!
