  Friendly staff, they do keep the store stocked and clean but they have to do something about those bathrooms. There was pee and poop and God knows what else on the floors, on the walls, on the baby changing station...the toilets themselves are dirty. It's not up kept.

  I decided to try out the curbside pickup- Not like CVS corporate will ever read this, but they really need to fix their issues with the curbside pickup before they advertise it so heavily. Anyway, something was finicky with their system so they were unable to even see my order. I called them and the sales associate didn't seem too surprised and offered to gather up my items herself so they can be ready for when I come in. I however could not accept because I was using a coupon that was only valid through their curbside promotion, so she went ahead and transferred me to the supervisor, Nikki (sp?). She leveled with me and said she would work on it by the next half hour. About 10 minutes later, the issue was resolved (I received an alert on my CVS and a courteousy call from CVS) so I drove right over. Nikki was outside (in the sprinkling rain), awaiting to hand me my order. That's customer service. So, my friends, be weary about curbside because of their faulty computer system, but know that the associates working here at this CVS on central and Dunlap are doing the best they can. I've been to this location a bunch of times and they are always respectful and willing to help. For that I give them 5 stars.
