  There is one tech there who has consistently given me good service, Patricia. The pharmacists themselves have been helpful throughout the years. However, if it were not for the above, I would not go there anymore. This pharmacy has changed. I was told when I reordered two prescriptions, each from a different doctor, by other employees that they would fax my request to get a refill. Neither doctor got the request. These two doctors are not at the same clinic. I wanted this looked into. I got no help from their staff, even Chris the pharmacy manager, so I called the store manager. I found him to be extremely unhelpful...basically said, "There is nothing I can do." If you are thinking of bringing your presciption there, think again.

  Always try to chose CVS over Walgreens HOWEVER will not be stopping at THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Many homeless asking for money and when I went back in store to tell the guy that men were posted RITE IN FRONT OF (I mean literally at the front door like salvation army collection person) of door soliciting his only response was "Oh yeah they're always there and looked away." When I told him "You could go outside and tell them that's not allowed" the CVS employee literally gave me a shocked and disgusted look and turned away. THIS CVS IS THE GHETTO OF ALL WEST SIDE PHOENIX CVS .

  Male pharmacy tech has bad attitude everytime I need my prescriptions. Ordered photos night before I needed them. Got an email stating they would be ready 9:00am the next day . I went in at 1:30 Pm and after we finally got someone's attention he then started the process of printing my photos . Had to sit for over 30 minutes for the my photos to print . George then cursed multiple times while incorrectly ringing up my order . I requested a manager and he then argued with me that a manager would just take longer. When the manager came up she pointed out to George that he was doing it incorrectly. He wouldn't let her help him making the transaction last even longer. Worst CVS I have been too . Avoid at all costs .
