- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 23, 2020, by W GMore like a Walmart or circle k than a real pharmacy, except everything is more expensive. And they sell placebos as medicine instead of the real nasal decongestants. Came here for a 24 hour emergency and the 24 hour was only for selling candy, toys, and placebos, no real medicine. Getting rid of appetite suppressors while still selling junk food doesn't help the obesity epidemic.
