  The experience was just okay. The girl that helped me pick out my dress was great and helpful but she told me that the $150 sash that I purchased was able to be fully pinned onto my dress without the ribbon that it comes on. When I picked up my dress, alterations told me that they could not pin it on there for whatever reason. So I was left with the sash still on the ribbon that had to be tied at the back which was not how I wanted my dress at all. Very disappointing and upsetting. I would of never purchased that expensive sash if I knew it was going to turn out that way. More pissed that they did not tell me that before hand, told me after it was all said and done.

  Had my alterations appointment for a bridesmaid dress. Diana was very kind, attentive and made me feel confident that my dress will look beautiful when it’s done! Highly recommend
