    Excuse me but "we don't discuss prices on the phone" is not how a business should operate. I'm a customer calling to get prices before I waste my time driving there, and they refuse to give me prices? I don't care if you're afraid of competitors. They can still come check out your prices. When a customer calls, you don't refuse to give them a price.
