  Amazing! We bought the 6 piece feather down sectional and it is perfect and so comfortable. Each section came in its own box and inside the box the section of couch was wrapped in its own white cloth bag to keep it clean. On the underside of each piece there is a zippered compartment that has the feet, screws, and Allen wrench wrapped nicely in a bag and tied up inside. The corner piece also have the accent pillow zippered up inside that compartment. Very well thought out packaging. I am sitting on my new couch as I write contemplating ordering one more piece to make this huge couch even bigger since I have to room. This couch and the service we got from Down East are spectacular.
