  I was deliberating between rating this business with one or two stars, but decided in favor of two since I ultimately got my furniture. Let's put it this way: Elontec advertises as a "single source-provider of commercial relocation services" - they are a single-source of all headaches you may have with relocation of your business. The only time they displayed any degree of efficiency was when they called me for my credit card number. The rest was plainly a nightmare. I picked this services (and not a regular office furniture store) because they promised to handle all my relocation needs. The contractor referred by Elontec to do the repairs and painting abandoned the project mid-way and disappeared. The cleaning team did not show up four (4) times, despite the confirmed appointment, and furniture delivery people cancelled the delivery three times. It took four attempts to build the custom-made reception desk to the specification (nothing fancy, just had to get the measurements right). I know, I know - we should not blame Elontec for the deficiencies in the third-parties performance, but I suspect that my experience is very indicative that this business gravitates toward the providers with a certain degree of work ethics and customer service. And, after all, their furniture prices are not so exceptional that they could not be matched and would justify such attitude. Definetely do not recommend.
