  Staff is friendly and well informed on their products. I purchased a new Tamron 24-70 G2 lens here and traded in my older Canon 24-70 L-series lens. They gave me a fair price on my old lens which meant a deep discount on the new lens. Having purchased camera gear at various camera stores around the Phoenix area, this shop is definitely the best. I wish I had come here sooner after having terrible experiences with the uninformed staff at Tempe Camera. On my last trip to Tempe Camera, a salesperson who didn't know the different between a Canon 24-105 F4L mark 1 and mark 2 just pulled out her phone and said, "I don't know, let's google it". They also were not willing to give a fair price for my used gear. Thankfully, Foto Forum has been a refreshing experience for me. I plan to return and buy another new lens this week.
