  People are helpful here.Walking in I just asked a cashier, (as opposed to the Help-desk), for where an item was located and she looked it up on a phone-app to make sure and gave me accurate information. Overall they work hard to please and have knowledgeable people in each specific category department. That's a lifesaver for me. I usually have good luck getting things here and it's fairly close to me. The rare occasions I've had to return something it was hassle-free.

  I highly recommend LYNETTE from appliances. We had an issue with out brand new LG appliances and she followed up with LG for me, after I was getting nowhere with them for a day and a half. She followed up, got back to me as she said she would and resolved my issue. I cannot express how pleased I am with her service, as I did not think I would actually hear back from her. Thank you LYNETTE, you are great at customer service and a valuable asset to your team at Home Depot!
