  This morning I had a question for the lighting department, and customer service to call someone from the department for me, which he did. The problem comes in after I waited 25 MINUTES for someone. No one showed. So I went back to the counter and asked a lady named Cheryl to please call some over. She politely said yes, and after about 5 minutes she had not called anyone. I asked for the store manger who was vacation, so i talked to an assistant manger who gave me the excuse of the person in the lighting department doesn't come in until 2pm. (Not my problem, and doesn't help me). The next excuse was that several people called out today. Again, not my problem. 29 December 2017 @ 10:40am. You are in the business of customer service, and you customer service is horrible Home Depot!!
