  I am not one to provide a bad review, Customer service is awesome at this location. I ended up using Jared's Credit Card Program do to getting a better deal, I have good credit and never late on anything. They sold my loan to a company called Genesis FF which is the worst by far company to work with and the customer service is horrible, selling my loan I still have no new account information and I can't even register do to the fact they do not even have my information in there system. I have attempted several times to pay over the last few days via phone and online it has been the worst. Will be paying the complete bill and not sure I will ever step a foot back into a Jared's. Buyer's beware, this is not some random review as I am a business owner and I understand what it means to provide great service.
