  Went to get a watch battery replaced. Last time I did it it cost me 10 bucks. I was fine with that. This time, he charged me 14. I asked why it was 4 dollars more and he said because it 'took more work.' The funny part is that it literally took him only 2 minutes to do - just as fast as the last time I went in. He then tried to make me feel badly for using my Discover card, stating that the 'rewards' I was getting from Discover are coming from his business because Discover 'over-charges' him. I will never be returning and will instead go across the street to Kenz Jewelers. Maybe they will appreciate my business, not rip me off and not try to make me feel guilty for using a Discover card.
