  Did not send me my statement for my ring. It's been four months and have not heard from them for any solution. I'm graduating in less than a month and im supposed to get my cap and gown too. I have called and emailed them many many times, and still have not heard from them. Their phone services never pick up and when i emailed them they wouldnt answer. I suggest not to get anything from this company.

  I was overcharged for an item by 135 dollars, their mistake. When brought to their attention, it took Josten's 5 days to correct problem. Never got an apology or a return cal from management when asked for one.

  Bad experience. I'm not going to reiterate what's already being said, but check out the yelp reviews if you want further reason to order from somewhere other than Josten's. I wish I'd researched them ahead of time. You don't need to read on unless you're with the company and want to know what happened. So as far as customer service goes, I asked to speak with whomever was in charge and was referred to Matt. After calling, an obnoxiously difficult woman picked up and said she was Matt's mother-- apparently that title's supposed to hold some weight and relevance. Anyway, after dealing with her, she foisted me on to a girl named Ashley instead of handling it herself. And given with how everything was going at that point, Ashley handled it well and got everything straightened out. Further, she was the only one who had any real knowledge as to what was going on, since "Matt's mother" claimed that it would take months for my diploma to come in, while Ashley corrected that statement, and said that the tracker said it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Anyway, give Ashley a raise and do something about "Matt's mother."
