  I placed an order on 12/30/17. It was to arrive 1/10/18. Since I placed the order on the 20th, the charge has come in & out of my account. Now there are 2 charges, for product I have not even received. When I called customer care to ask why I was charged yesterday & then again today, they had no reason as to why. I asked to just cancel the order & was told I could not. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again. Home Depot offers better customer service over the phone, & when shopping inside the store, the employees are 10 times more helpful & knowledgeable. As soon as I receive this product I will just be bringing it back & returning it. Lowe's does not deserve my business.
