  Was good for about 9 months of sleeping, now it sags so much that my back is hurting constantly. Tried to bring it back to be fixed. Had to get a uhaul because they were too busy to help me in a timely manner. All they did was replace the mattress topper, which was obviously not the real problem with the bed because it is still sagging. I can't afford to pay again to bring it there and have them "fix" it again. I guess if i want a good night sleep I'll have to buy a new mattress somewhere else. What a shame, since it was an expensive investment that surely should've lasted longer than a year. I am disappointed.
