  I purchased a high quality queen set several years ago. I felt the manager was a jaded uncaring sort but the product was good and fairly priced. Flash to yesterday1/24/2018 as I needed 2 twin beds I checked on the web to get the phone number and saw a slew of bad reviews. I called the store and asked the new Manager, Ron, about all the negative reviews. He was forthcoming that they had poorly performed under previous management and asked me to give them a chance to earn my business. I live nearby in Desert Hills so I went there. I was greeted warmly like my business mattered. I explained my need (2 twin beds of good quality for my grandsons). He volunteered to lay them out for my evaluation so I could make an informed decision. There was no upsell, no pushiness like we all experience on say a car sales lot. Just good dialogue between a customer and a knowledgeable retail Manager. I made my selection and asked him to sharpen the pencil as I was buying 2 beds. He gave me very favorable street pricing and had them delivered today at No Charge, on time and in perfect condition by 2 very polite employees that were clean, respectful and well dressed. Delivery was all about seamless communication. I received a text informing me of the delivery window yesterday. I received a voicemail (automated) confirming delivery time today. All my receipts and documents were delivered via email as promised. I had an awesome experience as a customer and if this is any indication of new management then I say go there and see for yourself. PS I do not know these employees other than meeting them yesterday. I do not work for the company. I am not related to them. I am simply saying that I had a great experience on every level and would buy there again.

  I went there on 1/19/2018. Met with Hitesh Patel. He was excellent. He was not pushy and made the shopping experience pleasant and easy. My set was delivered on time and I am thrilled with my purchase. Mr. Patel just took over the management of this store. If you had a bad experience previously, please give it another try. He is very professional and respectful and knowledgable and will work with your budget.
