  This place has a lot of great furniture, and I bought a nice entertainment center, which had no problems and was packaged nicely for pickup. I also bought a kitchen table and chairs that was also packaged carefully and sustained no damage during the long drive home in our pickup truck, but had assembly issues with the chairs. Two chairs had defects and would not accept the screws to hold the chair legs and braces at the bottom. I had to drill my own holes, and use wood glue and clamps to assemble properly. The delivery charge from North Phoenix to Prescott Valley was $300, so we picked it up ourselves and did not want to hassle with returning the chairs for replacements. Kind of annoying to pay for something brand new that still needs work at home. It is impossible to inspect your furniture at the pickup area.

  Great service & delivery. Very happy with product so far. However, the Guardian extended warranty was sold to us as a "use as many times as needed for 5yrs", when it is not. Had to make a call for a repair - Customer Service stated they wanted to see if we could repair ourselves, first, due to having a one-time use. They explained to me that as soon as a repair is fulfilled, the warranty must be re-purchased.

  We were looking for a custom sofa sectional and did not find anything until we walked into the Superstition Springs Mega Furniture store. We met the manager John LaMoure and he was extremely helpful and patient. We were able to pick fabric and found exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was excellent. Our sectional was delivered on time and the delivery process was great. We would highly recommend Mega Furniture.

  BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM MEGA FURNITURE!!! Worst experience ever I had to wait two months to get the table to my four chairs and then they tell me that they are still out of stock and have me pick out a new table set and charge me an extra $150 more... This place is a freaking joke... DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOUR BETTER OFF SPENDING A LITTLE MORE FOR LESS HASSLE I WISH I WOULD HAVE.. After getting the second table and chair set (because the first was not in stock) home and getting it all put together we notice that two of the four chairs are damaged... FYI Horrible quality as well as customer service!!!!
