  Upon remodeling a house, we decided to go to Mr. Tile for our flooring. We purchased a large amount of tile and all materials needed. All was paid off upfront. They didn't have some of the materials in stock so they agreed to call me as soon as it arrived. I never received a call so I had to call. The man who answered the call was extremely rude. His name is J.R. I believe he is the owners son. I called to check on my order and didn't even bother to really check. Placed me on hold forever till he said nothing was in. He said he'd call me. Never did. I called back the next day and simply said: its in. He has no basic customer skills, nor has interests in retaining customers. I advice you, if you plan to make a floor purchase, please look everywhere but here. The only reason why I came back was because I needed my order and to buy more of the exact tile I was short of. I had been told not to come here, and didn't listen to reviews or word of voice. I really thought I would get a better price and service. Do have to say that the owner -the older man is a great salesman and the man who loads the material is great person.
