  Honestly never had a bad experience until today. The lady working in there was so unhelpful. She didn't understand anything I was trying to explain to her. My car door was literally hanging on by one screw and instead of looking up the screw I needed, which she could have done by looking at the other door's screws, she told me to bring it inside. I told her that would risk not shutting it again and she said well there's no guarantees they have it and I should just go to Ace Hardware. Anybody else I've ever worked with there, men, have been awesome every time.
