  There are not a lot of places you go anymore and have extraordinary customer service but this is one of them. We had a very bad experience with the costume dept!! Then this retail angel Ed would not let us leave the store until we were halloween ready and he accomplished that and went above and beyond to do it. My son picked out like 5 or 6 costumes which are all sold out but Ed and Mathew helped us until literally hand walking one up to the register and discounted it greatly for all the misunderstandings in the costume dept. Ed did not only make our day, halloween but he made my whole year better with his amazing kindness and outstanding customer service skills. I had to thank him one last time because its hard too find a manager like this now and days and i really really appreciate all he did to help us!! YOUR AMAZING ED!!
