  “High-end” my ass. I can buy better quality dish ware and have an easier time returning items at any Target. I ordered 2 sets of “great white” dinner and salad plates, and 2 sets of soup bowls back in November so I’d have them for my Christmas party. Not only did they not come in weeks later, missing the party, but some of both types of plates came with black spots and unsightly pitting as well as small cracks/fissures on the bottoms of the plates. Also, Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma claims they will only credit back the customer the way in which the customer initially paid. So now, instead of getting a full refund to my bank account or a check sent to my address, I am being sent a gift card that I don’t want nor will ever use, for a large portion of that order. This licensed clinical therapist is taking his business elsewhere.
