  I like the store and have had a really good experience at the site in Santa Monica. This site has a very rude salesman. I returned the sacroease car support which just was not working well for my condition causing back spasm. The salesman said he didn't care what my "excuses" were and that somehow he "knew" I was going to take it back anyway. No need to get personal and I will never go into this store again until that salesman is gone. The other salesman was a bit nicer. These are pricey items and they need to WORK FOR YOU to be worth it, so the one month return policy is nice. The seat cushion I bought at the Santa Monica store was a LIFE SAVER as I had an injured tail bone and was in grad school. Good products but I tell my friends to go elsewhere. Who needs to go to a store just to be insulted?
