  You all are a first class operation with a gem of a showroom of the best in audio and visual for a home or business. You do have that high-end feel which your expert staff reinforces and but your prices are as competitive as anywhere around. Photo is from an event Starpower to support The Beer for Brains Foundation who donated their space and staff's time to help raise money for brain cancer research.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am so disgusted with this place and I will never purchase another television from here or allow any of my friends, colleagues,or family to go here. I went there with my brother and the salesman, two of them, have lied, made false promises and inevitably let us down. I think out of all of these things, the lies are the worst. Ron and some guy with his name tattooed down his forearm, are the two we've dealt with. The one with tattoos has bold faced lied about a conversation, and its wrong. They've already lost a couple of sales from my circle, and I will do my best to make sure they lose even more from my husbands very large company, my son's engineering firm and everyone I come in contact with. Go to COSTCO, Sam's Club of even Best Buy, they've never let me down and actually stand behind their products AND warranties. In a world that has choices, customer service SHOULD be considered, and this place doesn't even bother trying annnnndddd going on and on about how "good" you are, doesn't help the fact that you let the ball drop and your salesman lied. Wrong Wrong Wrong! Not even giving back the money for a 5 year warranty....shady deals. Money isn't always the bottom line....they could have even met half way.

  WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF $2252.68 AND WANTED MONEY UPFRONT BEFORE THEY WOULD COME TO HOME. THEY LOOKED AT MY ELECTRIC WIRING AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET BACK WITH ME AFTER THEY TALKED WITH THE INSTALLER. WORK NEVER DONE. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REVERSE THE CHARGE, BUT NEVER DID!

  My experience with Starpower was absolutely first rate. We were in the process of building a home and Hank made a trip out to the site to help us sit down and explore option for all the spaces. He was absolutely committed to making sure we were the envy of all our friends. He was incredibly responsive and detailed in helping us break out into different phases. The most wonderful part was the experience didn't end with the sale, it just began. Our two installers were world class. On two occasions I knew parts of the house would be difficult and they didn't balk. They went through extra mile. Clean, organized and willing to really get creative I was blown away. There is no question Starpower has earned my business for life!
