  My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We were just trying to get on our own plan. He was leaving his mom’s T-Mobile plan and I was leaving my parent’s Verizon plan. This ended up taking around 4 hours because the woman helping us, Hailey, was totally incompetent. She didn’t know how to do any of it and that was very worrying for us. She asked the other two women how to do everything which wouldn’t normally bother me but they were so unwilling to help even though they were just standing there doing nothing. Overall everyone that worked there was rude and had no clue what they were doing. I will never go back to this location. Waste of time.
