  They have been very helpful with all the phone problems I have had. I love T-Mobile. Customer service is awesome. Word to the wise though, if you are getting a new phone have them thoroughly explain until you understand the JUMP plan. After having it a year we realized it wasn't the right plan for us.

  Like others have said - more interested in up selling - again, it was the female that ushered me into purchasing wireless ear buds (ment more for exercising) they only hold a 3 hour charge tops! Wanted wireless - did my own investigating and quickly found she should have at least showed me the wireless beats ear buds - 12 hour charge@ PS.......SHE NEVER EVEN ASKED THIS 63 YEAR OLD IF I EXERCISED....taking them back. Maybe I can get someone who cares about the customer not selling up!! Too bad, been with company 14 years!

  I love coming to this T-Mobile location because the staff is always upbeat and happy to help. I can always count on them to help me out no matter how big or small my problem is. I especially like Brian because he's always polite, fast and very knowledgeable.
