  They tell you that something is included for free and then the bill comes and you are charged. Then they say it's past the 25 days and you cant return it. You call customer service for T mobile and they can't help. The staff are dishonest at best. DON'T SHOP HERE!

  These people are liars and thieves. I went here to upgrade my phone, the agent that they have told me no longer works for them, told me that the phone comes with 3 accessories included in the price of the phone. Which I find out was a lie. They charged me and extra $170 in accessories and gave me a receipt that said I paid nothing for those items. And now since it’s past 30 days there’s nothing That can be done. I go into store today and the manger Will and associate Carlos with the red beard ( who lied and said he didn’t even work in the store on the date of my purchase, which I then proved to him he was) basically called me a liar and told me there was nothing they could or we’re willing to do to rectify the situation. Needless to say at the end of this contract we’re done with this company who supports liars and thieves
