- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 20, 2020, by Hillary BrownFirst of all, I hate T-mobile. They basically tricked us into upgrading to the new T-Mobile phone and changed our plan without telling us. I’ve been battling them on a $488 bill for about a month. I finally switched to sprint but am now waiting to get my bill. They locked my online account so I can’t access it and have been ignored since I walked in the door to get my bill. But I have to get it In order for Sprint to pay to switch. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! GO TO SPRINT!
