  Excellent service..they know what they are doing...had my number and data transferred from metro pcs to tmobile..we had a free tablet as well just by signing up auto pay..overall good customer service.

  Representative, Michael, lied to me to sell a more expensive service. After I came in and spoke with his Manager, and called and cancelled the upgrade, Michael thought it a good idea to confront me as I was leaving the store. He accused me of "talking behind" his back. I guess they taught him that in employee training.
