  Stay AWAY!!! 1st off not a real store.....3rd part retailer I went in to ask bout the new v30 plus They talked me into the reg v30 Its junk....glass broke in my pocket Outside that...they screwed my account up I always had insurance on my phones...guess they thought it would be funny to give me a expensive phone and remove my insurance!!

  We purchased my son a new phone for his birthday from a different store. After giving him the phone, we went into the Ahwatukee (close to home) store to seek help in activating it. The male employee, who looked and acted like a thug (tatts everywhere, long fingernails, complete attitude) was very annoyed that we were not there to purchase anything. Even rolled his eyes when I asked for help. Apparently this is not a corporate store. I will never give my business to this location. We felt very uncomfortable.
