  I couldn't be happier. I had a mahogany desk from the 40s or 50s that had been stained cherry and had many imperfections, chips, and a broken foot. The desk had many intricate details, a lot of hardware, and a lot of work was required. It took five weeks to complete the job. That is what I expected. It is even more beautiful than I thought it could be. The finish is now mahogany, the cherry has been stripped from it and it is just beautiful. It still has an antique look to it, it hasn't been made to look like a new piece of furniture. But the finish is just flawless
