  I really would like to give this Walmart Auto Service Dept. a big 0. This is the 2nd time that I have the worst experience with them, but there won't be a 3rd. They have not customer service skills at all and they let you know when don't want to service you. Racists? A called ahradof time to verify their hours and was told that was 7am to 7 pm and if I even asked what was the latest that I needed to be there to check my battery and they told me that 6:30 pm was the latest. So decided to be there at 5:00pm and as soon as I parked one of the kids they have working there told me that there was a 3 hrs.wait. I got to the counter and the guy in front of me was very upset because they were charging him for things that they didn't tell him ahead of time. Then the guy on the counter that already had a bad attitude started telling me that it will be 3 hrs before he can touch my car and I asked him if they were closing at 7:00 and if he was going to keep my car in the store until the next day and he continued like a robot that it will take him 3 hrs. and then he needed another hr to check it and another # of minutes to test it and asked again if they were closing at 7 pm and what was the worse case scenario and him like a robot repeating the same process of the 3 hrs etc, etc. trying to convince me not to get the service and been so RUDE. Isn't it more polite to let people know that you are busy, don't have enough employees for the volume of customers that this store receives, instead of acting like a moron that doesn't know that if it's 5:00 pm and you need 3 hrs, it will be 8pm. After leaving this store went to another Walmart and they provided an excellent service and we're done before 7 pm. You guys should learn how to service your customers from them.

  I try never to just get the one that's a star it seems like someone has an emotional upsetness causing that rating. I have never been so disrespected so in all reality of customer service had anything like what just happened this morning happened. Cashier's that are not able to do their job and waiting for a manager know that I believe the name was for over 20 minutes. She never came what a joke
